Is there a shell command that can be used to check if a given RHEL system is registered to RHN, when RHN is down?

- Red Hat Network servers temporary are not accessible, but it's needed to know if a system is registered or not

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux system registered to Red Hat Network with Subscription Manager
