Red Hat Satellite tasks occasionally have a "success" result, but never finish "running"

Issue

• Some tasks in Satellite are expected to be short-lived, but they will forever remain in the "running" state, even after the result of the task has been marked as a "Success". This leaves the task in a strange state where we know the outcome, but the task will appear to be continually running.
