Issue

I am having problem booting 3 linux servers IBM 3650M4 hardware booting rhel 6.4 grub entry its throwing bunch of error msg on dmar/DRHD and not moving forward on boot.
This is similiar to below knowldege base
Why message "DMAR:[fault reason 06] PTE Read access is not set" showing in dmesg ?
I have tried applying recommendation but its not helping me. Please let me know if this is Hardware issue or software.
