Neutron trunk ports with DPDK type=dpdkvhostuserclient fails with ERROR = RowNotFound
Issue
Neutron Trunk Port created with ML2/OVS and being DPDK type=dpdkvhostuserclient can get into the ERROR = RowNotFound after performing a STOP/START of the instance with such port attached.
