Unable to upgrade Directory Server from 9.0 to 9.1 - Red Hat Customer Portal

Issue

After running the following commands the redhat-idm-console shows that the Directory Server instance is still running 9.0 but we have installed 9.1 package.

# yum update redhat-ds
# setup-ds-admin.pl -u

Logs indicate that both of these ran successfully, however, when hitting the Admin console using IDM, we can clearly see that the version of directory server is still 9.0. Please advise.
