When attempting to increase the LV size in GFS2 filesystem, it gives error `Cannot access VG due to failed lock.`
Issue
- In a RHEL8 cluster setup with GFS2 filesystem, when an attempt to increase the underlying LV is done it gives following error:
# lvextend -l +100%FREE /dev/testvg/testlv
Cannot access VG testvg due to failed lock.
