PVCs from cephfs storage class fail to mount

Issue

  • registry pod stuck in ContainerCreating due to PVC fail to mount with Volume ID 0001-0011-openshift-storage-0000000000000001-aaaaaaaa-bbbb-cccc-dddd-eeeeeeeeeeee already exists.
  • ceph mgr logs reporting fs subvolume getpath command failing :
