[RHOS] Why does nova display incorrect flavor name when a flavor with same id is recreated?
Issue
- When a flavor with id, say 10, is deleted and a new flavor is created with different name but same id,
novacommands display incorrect flavor name.

- Red Hat OpenStack 3.0
