• MountVolume.SetUp failed for volume "lib-bucket-provisioner-token-cxnfn : secret "lib-bucket-provisioner-token-cxnfn" not found observed in event log

• Excessive amount of installPlans for lib-bucket-provisioner operator are found in the OCP cluster.

• Count of the InstallPlans for lib-bucket-provisioner operator is increasing continuously.

• Continuous creation of lib-bucket-provisioner InstallPlan is overloading the etcd and impacting the performance of the OCP cluster.
