[Cloudforms] Selecting an *Additional tenants* does not provide an option to select all the sub-projects while creating a new Catalog Item

Issue

• Selecting a tenant does not provide an option to select all the sub-projects while creating a new Catalog Item
• This issue is only seen in Red Hat Cloudforms 5.0 and not for older versions as this feature to select Additional Tenants was not present earlier
