Non-XA datasource pools always use a java.sql.Driver implementation and the datasource-class specified in the <standalone|domain>.xml is ignored.

Environment

  • Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) 6
  • Non-XA pool configuration using the datasource-class property as defined in
    • jboss-as-datasources_1_0.xsd
    • jboss-as-datasources_1_1.xsd
