Issue

In RHEL 6, setting kernel.core_pattern in /etc/sysctl.conf and reboot, user can get a duplicate core file outside /var/spool/abrt when process crashes.

However, in RHEL 7, after setting kernel.core_pattern in /etc/sysctl.conf and reboot, abrt can't detect core dump anymore.
