How can I get verbose ipmitool output from fence_ipmilan?

Issue

• How can I make the fence_ipmilan fence agent pass verbose flags to the ipmitool command?
• The --verbose option for fence_ipmilan prints the ipmitool command line and all its output but does not pass a --verbose option on to ipmitool.
