Printing from Windows 8 to RHEL results in plain text instead of a PostScript document

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

When printing from a Windows 8 PC to a Postscript printer (using a Microsoft Postscript driver), the printer prints the raw Postscript as plain text. The Postscript generated by the Microsoft drivers is not recognized by CUPS as Postscript so it isn't piped through the CUPS Postscript filter.
