Kernel panic with hung tasks due to dead lock on semaphore due to secfs2 module

Issue

• Multiple process getting into D state repeatedly which causes the system to go unresponsive for a brief period of time.
• Database/Application get hung and we have to reboot the server every time while it happens to clean up the processes
• Server panic with hung tasks due to dead lock situation on semaphore while processing functions from secfs2 module.
