Server took too long to respond with version information in AWS environment.

Issue

• The oc command fails intermittently with the below error message when run from the bastion host for OpenShift clusters installed on AWS environment :

error: server took too long to respond with version information.

• All the master API servers are up and running and also all the master targets are healthy from load balancer perspective, still the oc command fails intermittently
