Initial template upload times out on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform RHV IPI deployment

Issue

• Installing Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform IPI on RHV using IPI installation format fails with the following message

• Following procedure from start, re-creates the template causing delay, is there a method to reuse the same template instead of a new template for the RHV IPI installation?
