Issue

  • If network or subnet name contains multi-byte character, horizon can't handle request to attach the port in the network/subnet to an instance.
    Horizon log contains following exception logs.
UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position X-X: ordinal not in range(128)
