Packages from activation key are not installed at registration time
Issue
- We use an activation key to register a machine to Satellite
- The configuration for this key tells a new machine to install a couple of packages, rhncfg-client is one of them
- However, the software is not installed, and the kickstart fails because the next thing that happens is to get the correct files from the config channels using "rhncfg-client get" because the binary isn't installed
