Failed to start service jboss.deployment.unit."business-central.war".WeldStartService when using JDK 11

Issue

We have deployed RHPAM 7.7.1 on EAP 7.2.6, and it was running fine. Suddenly, after a server restart the business-central application is failing to deploy properly:
