Current month is being displayed while trying to gather old information in rhevm-reports

Issue

While trying to display reports information from a VM during March 2013 for example, dates (2013-03-01 - 2013-03-31), the reports are being shown with the current month date and its values
During report generation date selected in InputControl box is different from date displayed on the generated report
