Change subnet assignment policy, to next IP address

Issue

• In our current setup we have an IP address assigned with the first available IP from a given allocation pool.

• How can we change our config files and run deploy again, so it would change existing nodes to have cerrect settings and have it there after redeployment?

• The reason is that we have our switches not managed by cloud and it can flush ARP only after 5 min (smallest value) so ALL VMs that are spawned earlier than 5 min cannot be reached from outside. Also, our instances lifetime is around 2-3 min and the next instances spawn in a minute after the previous one was deleted wouldn't be accessible due to that.
