Backup qpid node cannot delete exchange, wrongly claimed in use as alternate-exchange
Issue
- new high availability (HA) qpid cluster (active-passive) used
- provisioning and deleting some queues and exchanges having set alternate exchange on some
- debug logs of backup broker error "exchange in use as alternate-exchange" for some exchange
- but the exchange is not seen to be set as alternate exchange in the preceding logs
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise MRG Messaging (2.3 or 3.*)
- active-passive qpid cluster
