fence_ipmilan intermittently fails, and debug output shows "no matching cipher suite"

fence_ipmilanstonith device typically works but intermittently fails its monitor operation. With debugging enabled (debug=<filename>set on the stonith device), messages like the following are produced (errors starting at 03:33:25).
