Getting 'Cannot validate input uid' error while creating a new application

Issue

  • Sometime gear creation causes below error :
DEBUG: rhc app create -k -a 'testapp' -t 'php-5.3'

Creating application 'testapp' ... 
Unable to complete the requested operation due to: Cannot validate input uid: value should be a number.
