Multipath errors on RHV hosts
Issue
Using RHV with local storage on a RHV hypervisor.
When the hypervisor config is complete, I see tons of multipath errors (see below).
What seems to be happening is /etc/multipath.conf is reconfigured by the RHV hypervisor setup and the default blacklist for "sd*" devices is removed, which causes multipathd to try and configure local storage for multipathing.
Shouldn't RHV blacklist the local devices, so we do not see these errors?
