Why do I get compilation error "c++ compiler cannot create executables" ?
Issue
- I am trying to install package from tarball.
- During compilation configure script throws following error
c++ compiler cannot create executables.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
