Issue

• RouterCertsDegraded: secret/v4-0-config-system-router-certs.spec.data -n openshift-authentication not found.
• After changing the domain inside the ingresses.config resource, the authentication operator is in a degraded state.
• The secret contains only a certificate under the old domain and not for the newly created domain.
