Issue

• Authentication operator degraded with reason MissingRouterCertsPEM and message secret/v4-0-config-system-router-certs.spec.data[apps.olddomain.example.net] -n openshift-authentication: not found
• After changing the domain inside the ingresses.config resource, the authentication operator is in a degraded state.
• The secret contains only a certificate under the old domain and not for the newly created domain.
