When Apache service is managed by High Availability, how to reload the apache configuration after updating the httpd.conf?
Issue
- When Apache service is managed by High Availability, how to reload the Apache configuration after updating the httpd.conf?
- What is the best procedure to reload the Apache configuration when it is updated? We have installed Red Hat HA on two of our servers with a Apache Webserver resource. Is it possible to reload the Apache service not restart outside of the cluster control?
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 5 (with the High Availability and Resilient Storage Add Ons)
