Why is RHEV not recognizing Westmere family on my Dell R710 with BIOS 2.1.9?

Two Dell R710s with dual Intel Xeon X5650 (Westmere, 6 cores, 2.66 GHz). They both have RHEV-H installed (6.4 - 20130815.0.el6_4). On one, the processor reads Westmere family but on the other, it reads Nehalem family in the RHEV admin portal.

These are identical servers with identical processors and an identical version of RHEV-H installed.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.2
- RHEV-H 6.4 - 20130815.0.el6_4
