Errno::EHOSTUNREACH, No route to host when sending test email in CloudForms 2.0

Issue

When I attempt to configure an SMTP server, I get the following error message,"Error during sending test email: Errno::EHOSTUNREACH, No route to host - connect(2)." The smtp server is on the same subnet.
