Deployed application uses Embedded Derby Database
Upon deployment, following error is encountered:

07:54:57,607 INFO  [stdout] (com.foo.bar.ThreadPoolAsynchronousRunner$PoolThread-#2) Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Another instance of Derby may have already booted the database
