JAVA_OPTS_APPENDenvironment variable

Trying to set/add a JVM environment variable via the
JAVA_OPTS_APPENDoption; for example:oc set env dc/sso -e "JAVA_OPTS_APPEND=-Dkeycloak.profile.feature.upload_script=enabled"
