Failed BIOS Lock error when installing Windows Server 2019 in a VM
Issue
When using a Windows installation media for HPE servers, the installer fails with a message:
Failed BIOS Lock:
This installation media may be used only on hardware manufacturer by: Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
