Project/Deploy operation fails with Couldn't find any server running in 'development' mode ERROR in RHPAM 7

Issue

In an environment with two servers - one with business-central and another with kie-server installed - we receive an error when we try to deploy a module to the remote kie-server:
* Projects -> Deploy fails with 'No server in DEVELOPMENT mode found' error
* Manual container start in Execution Server menu works
