RHEV: power management type ipmilan does not work with IBM PureFlex System
Issue
The power management is configured as the type ipmilan. When the test is started, the WebUI returns:
Test Failed, Getting status of IPMI:${IMM_IP_ADDRESS}...Chassis power = Unknown Failed
