How to disable screen shield in GNOME desktop
Issue
- When Blank screen is enabled (Settings tool-->Power-->Blank screen), after the screen goes blank, screen shield (the screen with time&date) will show up and the user has to swipe up to unlock it.
- It is sometimes inconvenient, especially for the users who use touch panel.
