Camel routes take minutes to start when Java Security Manager is enabled
Issue
When running Fuse on Karaf and enabling the Java Security Manager, then Camel route start-up times are much lower.
As for a concrete example:
49 Camel routes normally take 4 seconds to start but with the Java Security Manager it can take up to 6 minutes to start them.
