Failed to bring up interface (Cannot allocate memory)
Issue
When trying to bring up an interface, the following error shows:
[root@HOSTNAME ~]# ifup ifname
RTNETLINK answers: Cannot allocate memory
ERROR : [/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifup-eth] Failed to bring up ifname.
