RHEL 6 acting as RHEV-host unable to login on DELL Equalogic iSCSI storage

Issue

On a RHEL 6.4 system I've installed RHEV-H packages correctly but I'm not able to login on iSCSI volume provided by DELL Equalogic storage. The attemps to connect to iSCSI volume returns connection timed out error:

# /sbin/iscsiadm -m node -T iqn.2001-05.com.equallogic:0-8a0906-f18bb790b-8880001454b50635-rhev -I default -p 172.99.0.254:3260 -l
iscsiadm: could not read session targetname: 5
iscsiadm: could not find session info for session15
Logging in to [iface: default, target: iqn.2001-05.com.equallogic:0-8a0906-f18bb790b-8880001454b50635-rhev, portal: 172.99.0.254,3260] (multiple)
iscsiadm: Could not login to [iface: default, target: iqn.2001-05.com.equallogic:0-8a0906-f18bb790b-8880001454b50635-rhev, portal: 172.99.0.254,3260].
iscsiadm: initiator reported error (8 - connection timed out)
iscsiadm: Could not log into all portals

How to solve that problem?
