Trying to enable a repository returns "undefined method `substitutor' for nil:NilClass"
Issue
- When trying to enable a repository with
hammer, the command returns the below error:-
# hammer repository-set enable --organization-id <org_id> --id <repo_id>
Could not enable repository:
undefined method `substitutor' for nil:NilClass
