Required egress security group rules in OpenStack

Issue

• The OpenStack default security group is not allowed by our security team. We are looking for an explicit list of egress security rules required.
• I have disabled all egress security rules and now my instance fails to boot.
• Running instances become unresponsive after the egress rules were removed from the default security group.
• What egress ports need to be opened in OpenStack security groups for virtual instances to run?
