Etcd is reporting extra 4th endpoint in three master node environment
Issue
- In fresh installation of OCP 4.4.3 cluster, there is one extra endpoint mentioned in etcd which is not member actually. This is observed in OCP 4.4.3 IPI as well as UPI type of clusters.
- It is not affecting the current etcd cluster formed but because of extra endpoint etcd cluster becomes unhealthy.
