ConnectX-3 Pro Virtual Functions are not activated after reboot
Issue
- SRIOV numvfs is configured on InfiniBand interface, however the Virtual Functions are not initialized during the reboot.
- Reloading mlx4_core module is activating the Virtual Functions of the card
