Bad TCP network performance on OpenStack OVS using GRE and VXLAN tunnels
Issue
We use OpenStack with Neutron managing the networks, with the Openvswitch plugin using GRE and VXLAN tunnels.
Doing network performance tests we see very low network throughput using TCP connections.
