[Satellite 6] "Monitor Event Queue" and "Listen on candlepin events" tasks are not running on Red Hat Satellite 6.7
Issue
After upgrading to Red Hat Satellite 6.7, the Monitor Event Queue and Listen on candlepin events tasks are no longer in running:pending state as they used to before the upgrade.
