Dropped TCP handshakes in Egress http-proxy router pods
Issue

The egress http proxy router hangs intermittently when establishing the connection but works at other times. These hangs appear to be random.

Continuous curl to destination outside OpenShift cluster, going via Egress route pod, reveals failure in TCP 3 way handshake.
