tls_proxy containers have log files recorded inside the containers
- When we enable SSL/TLS on internal and public endpoints according to the product doumentation, controller nodes have
glance_api_tls_proxyrunning to terminate SSL.
- However, these containers have logs recorded inside them, and these logs can't be rotated.
