Why cant I access the horizon dashboard ? - Red Hat Customer Portal

Issue

We made a successfull deploy of it using packstack-allinone and were playing around. We reinstalled openstack over the previous installation (again using packstack) and now cannot access the dashboard, getting a 404 Not found at the browser.
Checking openstack-status, horizon-dashboard figures like active:

[root@openstack1 ~]# openstack-status| grep dashboard
openstack-dashboard:                    active

http://<address> is not working. I can ping the server and ssh to it but cannot access the web interface.
