How to extend login duration for one RHOCP user only?

Need to extend the login duration for only one user;

A user is managed outside OpenShift (i.e. LDAP) and the service linked to it can't run with a service account. How to extend the login duration for this user?

Need of permanent oc login token as oc login token is expiring in 24 hours.
-
Need oc login token from command line that will never expire.
